iACT for Refugees 2019 Raffle Items

There are so many great raffle items to choose from! Raffle tickets are $10 each or six for $50. 

Purchase the tickets HERE and include your raffle picks in the memo by writing the raffle package number (ex. 3 tickets for #2 and 2 tickets for #4). You do not have to be present at the event to participate but we hope you join us anyway!

 

1. Night Out Downtown

Enjoy an evening out at this intimate downtown French bistro from Chef Gabriel Rucker and sommelier Andy Fortgang.  This award-winning restaurant features a delicious, inventive and ever-changing menu, and is the backdrop to a special night out on the town. Before or after your meal, take in a movie at any Regal movie theater, with $30 in gift cards. Theaters include Regal Fox Tower, Regal Pioneer Place, Regal Division Street and Regal Tigard. And just for fun, we've added some Oregon souvenirs (magnets and sticker).

This eastside Portland boutique hotel captures the vibrancy of Portland's personality. It's artsy and hip, and at the Jupiter or nearby at Jupiter Next, you'll have a great  night's stay in one of their rooms. Plus, it's just across the street from…Canard! You will receive a $50 gift certificate to this unique Portland restaurant.   Canard is a café by day and a wine restaurant with great cocktails by night. Named as the Oregonian's "Best Restaurant of the Year 2019", along with many other accolades, this restaurant is from the team that operates Le Pigeon & Little Bird. 5.  Oysterville, Washington Guesthouse

The Oysterville Guesthouse is a 3 bedroom vacation rental home located in the quiet and historic 1854 village of Oysterville. on Washington's Long Beach Peninsula. Artists, writers, birdwatchers and people seeking fresh air and breathtaking scenery have long made the Oysterville Guesthouse their refuge. The 3 bedroom, one bath home sleeps up to six guests and features a wood stove, upstairs loft with game table and television area, not to mention the most stunning view of pristine Willapa Bay. The living room area overlooks a beautiful meadow brimming with wildlife and daily visits from porcupines, deer and blue heron. The Guesthouse has an exterior fire pit and grill in addition to an herb garden and barbecue. Outdoor games, hammock and bicycles are all at your disposal.  This guesthouse is available for 4 nights, October 2019 to May 2020, excluding holiday.

There’s a little something for everyone in this family soccer package. Everyone can have fun with the four tickets to a Thorns game (excludes playoff games). For the kids, this package also includes a book about soccer playing refugee children, Banana Leaf Ball, as well as a soccer themed necklace. For the parents, there’s a FC Bayern München jersey (adult size small) and a soccer keychain. Everyone will enjoy kicking around the Timbers soccer ball too!

8. Italian Dreams 

$80 certificate to Caffe Mingo, 2 Le Bignele wines, art print

Take a trip to Italy without needing a passport!  Begin with a lovely dinner at cozy and charming Caffe Mingo, in Portland's Nob Hill district. The restaurant serves homemade pastas and other classics with a Northwest touch. Keep the Italian vibe going with two wines produced in Italy's Veneto region. Both wines are from Le Bignele winery. The Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore is full-bodied red wine that pairs well with grilled and roasted meats. The Recioto Della Valpolicella Classico is a dessert wine. Finally, as a memory of a fine meal and wines, enjoy a fine art print by Portland artist Diana Nadal entitled "Pinot Illusions III."


9. Timbers Army Package

11. MT. Hood Ski Getaway

2 nights at cabin in Government Camp, Oregon

As you walk into the cabin, you are greeted with the rich timber aroma that immediately brings you into vacation mode. This gorgeous custom log home features an indoor hot tub and an enormous grand room that is the perfect place for large families to gather! There are 6 bedrooms (2 King beds, 2 Queen Beds and 8 Twin beds) with a maximum occupancy of 16 guests. The cabin offers an excellent location as it is an easy walk to the shops and restaurants of downtown Government Camp. You can walk to Skibowl or you can take the shuttle to Timberline or Mt Hood Meadows as well. In the summer, it offers a great launching point for the beautiful hiking trails at Trillium Lake and Mirror Lake to catch the many vistas of Mt Hood. Dates subject to availability.

Everyone that purchases raffle tickets and attends the 4th Annual iACT for Refugees event will be entered to win this package which includes four University of Portland soccer tickets with Pilot Club Access plus and an assortment of DU gear.

Get decked out in Darfur United gear and show your support for the team! This package includes a Darfur United baseball cap, bag and size 5 soccer ball as well as iACT socks and a wine tumbler. All great things to bring to a University of Portland men’s or women's soccer game. This package includes four tickets to a match and entry for two to the Pilot Club as well as a framed picture of the DU players in action.
